TPM Institute is introducing a new way to bring CTPM® and CTPM-AI training to more technical program managers: authorized delivery partners. Today, we’re certifying our first two — SoftEd and Agile Brains Consulting — as organizations approved to deliver TPMI programs on our behalf.
It’s a straightforward idea with a strict standard behind it. Wherever you train — directly with TPM Institute or through one of our authorized partners — you walk away with the same CTPM® or CTPM-AI credential, taught to the same bar.
Why Authorized Partners
Demand for CTPM® and CTPM-AI training has grown past what a single training calendar can cover. Authorized partners let more TPMs get access to TPMI programs — public classes, on-site delivery for a team, or both — without TPM Institute compromising on who’s allowed to teach or how a certification is earned.
What “Authorized” Actually Requires
Certification isn’t a logo license. Every instructor teaching a TPMI program through an authorized partner has to meet all three of the following before they’re allowed in front of a class:
- 10+ years of real TPM delivery experience — not just training experience.
- Both CTPM® and CTPM-AI certified themselves — they hold the same credentials they teach.
- Completed TPM Institute’s own Train the Trainer program, evaluated by a TPMI instructor.

How It Works
The certification path is the same no matter which partner someone trains with:
- Train with a partner. Complete a CTPM® or CTPM-AI program delivered by an authorized partner.
- The partner submits you. Your partner sends TPM Institute the names of participants approved for certification.
- TPMI certifies you. TPM Institute processes and issues your certification directly — the credential always comes from us.
