Technical Program Management Institute (TPMI) is an organisation built for practitioners, by practitioners, of IT project and program delivery. Our vision is to have every IT project run by a technologist to ensure timely delivery.
We strive to empower / upskill individuals and organisations on the technology and delivery process pivotal to on-time delivery of IT projects. While we believe that the principles of agile apply to IT project delivery, there are components around the details of technical implementation, system design, quality assurance and deployment that are frequently overlooked or underplayed in agile delivery teams. Our goal is to nurture the IT Project Delivery community by providing training, mentorship, research and communication outlets.
